Allow users to create a permanent link to a form from the Panacea platform to allow them to embed it in emails or their website for intake

While logged into Panacea, if we minimize our screen to have another app (email, etc) open side-by-side we cannot scroll to the right or to the left. This functionality is not present irrespective of the page (tasks, care plan) we are on.

Want ability to delete a client record in case it has been entered in error

Want to be able to archive a client so they no longer show up in the dashboard
