Improved QBO Integration

When a user updates the Billing Information field in Panacea we need the updated information to display on the QBO invoice when generated in Panacea.

Now that we can assign CMs in the system, it would be great to have the system automatically notify the assigned CM.

Click a button to indicate that the billing address is the same as the primary address

Set-up communication alerts to specified users

Set-up alerts to be sent to a specified user based on an action. For example, "client status" changes from waiting on contract to cancelled...send a note to the Lead CM.
